How are you communicating with the community?

URNA is committed to keeping the community informed about the patrols. We attend community meetings and speak when invited. Our current patrol officer attends all of the Rockridge NCPC meetings. We publish a monthly newsletter. The best way to stay on top of us is to sign up for our newsletter. You can do that here.

Of course if you have any input, feel free to contact us.

And we always need volunteer help in promoting the idea of joining URNA as a member to make our neighborhood safer. Please contact us if interested.

How do I file a complaint about the patrols?

We want to know about positive and negative experiences with Patrol Officers. While the feedback we received tends to be very positive, occasionally there are performance issues which we are committed to addressing promptly. The board members of URNA are all volunteers who live in the patrol area (i.e., your neighbors). If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us by clicking here or by sending us an email at admin@urna-oak.com. In addition, if this matter is of a serious enough nature, you can also file a complaint with the State of California at http://www.bsis.ca.gov/consumers/complaints.shtml.

UPDATE: July 2017: New patrol services are provided directly from Bay Alarm and they have a local dispatch center. Complaints or concerns about your patrol services as a member can be directed to the Patrols Dispatch Manager directly: 800-470-1000
